Replacing a Kent Tile Fire with an Enviro Pellet Fire

We are replacing a Kent Tile Fire, with an Enviro Bayview Pellet Fire. In this case, we're going to move the Pellet Fire back, to allow more space in the room.
We have already  removed the Kent Tile Fire & the liner that goes through the ceiling, this is the hole that is left behind.

Cleaning up hearth, ready for Pellet Fire.

We are moving the Pellet fire back towards the wall, so a new hole has been cut, & a thimble installed.

New & old holes.

I have made a new ceiling panel, to cover over the old hole.

Enviro EF3 Bayview Pellet Fire lifted into position.

Flue in position, before flashing.

Soaker flashing to cover over old hole & dectite fitted.

Once we have completed the install, we load the fire with wood pellets & run up to temperature. We then set the air intake, using a magnihelic gauge, to get the right amount of vacuum. Enviro Pellet Fire Parts
