Woodfire Replacement.

Replacing an existing woodfire, with a compliant Clean Air Approved woodfire.
Leveling the liner. In this case, there isn't alot of ceiling space to anchor the liner, so we will be using stays to make the liner more rigid.

I pre-painted the liner before install. You can see that there is a shield installed to protect the beam and we have left the protective plastic on the cieling panel, incase we have to touch up paint.

Liner in place, ready for soaker flashing prep work.

Soaker, with liner hole cut, the 4 tabs will be bent up to attach to the liner.

We have dammed of the channels between the ribs, just below the roof penetration, this is to stop the weather getting in from the bottom.

Soaker & Dectite installed, stays fitted and flue installed, chimney complete.

The finished product, Jayline SS400.

Completed view of ceiiling.
